|| Bangles ||

Everyone was admiring the bangles—on one side, people were praising them, telling Shaili how beautiful they looked on her wrist.

But on the other side, the moment Vansh’s eyes fell on those bangles, the color drained from her face. Anger replaced every trace of warmth.

Suddenly, Vansh grabbed Shaili roughly by the arm and yanked her up, his fury blazing. He started pulling the bangles off her wrist

Shaili cried out, trying to stop him, “Bhai! Bhai! What are you doing? Bhai, you’re hurting me, please leave my hand

Mamta and everyone rushed and tried  to intervene: "Vansh! What are you doing? Listen to me!" Vansh what's wrong with you

But Vansh stood there like a man possessed—his eyes hollow, fixed, exactly like Riddhima who was silently observing from a distance. As if nothing existed for him except those bangles.

With a sharp movement, Vansh ripped the bangles off Shailee’s wrist and threw them violently to the floor.

“VANSH!” Mamata screamed.

Vansh roared back, his voice cutting through the noise, “NO ONE WILL INTERFERE!”

Vansh's raw anger silenced everyone

The room fell dead silent

Tears streamed down Shaili’s cheeks as she bent to pick up the fallen bangles. Before her fingers could even touch them, Vansh grabbed her arm again

“Don’t you dare touch those bangles! You know Vansh Rai Singhania well enough!” he warned coldly

Tears streamed down Shaili's face  Vansh pressed his attack. “How dare you wear these bangles on your hands? Where did you get them? Did you steal them from somewhere? WHO gave you these bangles?”

Vansh’s interrogation was so intense that Shaili was trembling uncontrollably. She was too terrified by his rage to utter a single word in reply fear choked her completly no words came out

“Answer me !” Vansh thundered loudly

Shaili finally managed a choked, tearful whisper, “Bhai… these bangles were given to me—” Shaili sobbed.

Before she could finish, Riddhima steped coolly between the two

Hands buried in her pockets, face calm, attitude ice-cold.exuding her signature cold confidence

The moment Soumya saw Riddhima intervene, she whispered “Mind your own business seems to be her biggest weakness  to Arjun, but Arjun gestured her to stay quiet.

Vansh’s gaze shifted entirely  from Shaili to Riddhima.

Before Vansh could speak,

Riddhima addressed him directly, her voice laced with challenge: “These bangles were given by Mrs. Rajeshwari Ashish Raichand—means my mom

She said evenly - Any more questions?”

Vansh took an aggressive step toward Riddhima, his tone rude ,sharp and arrogant. “I didn’t ask you don't interfere. This is between me and Shaili!”

Stay out of it miss raichand .

Riddhima stepped forward and  closed the remaining distance between them. Now they were standing dangerously close—barely an inch apart.

Their hands remained in their pockets;  if their hands had been free, they would have been touching. Their faces were an inch apart—any further move would have resulted in their bodies colliding.

But that was not a romantic bollywood romcom scene that was very hot and intense moment it seems like one is fire and other one is carosine or maybe they both are valcano

Riddhima sharply said  “First of all, don’t ever try to speak to me in that tone again, Mr. Rai Singhania

“Secondly, observe carefully. These bangles were given to Shaili with love and respect by my mother.

And whatever issue you have, I will not tolerate the disrespect of my mother’s love.”

She leaned slightly forward.

“And you know exactly what I mean. Understood?”

Vansh and Riddhima held their locked gaze for a few charged moments. Vansh was the one to finally step back.

“I don’t give a damn,” he sneered.

By then, Shaili was running, sobbing, toward her room. Aditya  followed her,

Vansh was about to go but Pranav arrived, addressing both Vansh and Riddhima. “You both have urgent work at the office. It’s better if you go together.”

Vansh turned back to Riddhima. “Take your Madam with you. I’ll go alone.”

“But…” Pranav began.

Vansh walked away.

Riddhima and Vansh arrived at the office around the same time. Pranav and Madhav led them into the meeting room. Pranav presented documents to Riddhima. “Madam, you need to sign for this fifteen percent partnership.”

The moment Riddhima signed, Vansh clenched his fists and stalked out of the cabin without a word.

While Riddhima and the others completed the formalities, her eyes drifted to the outside of the office door.

She saw Vansh standing there, pouring freezing cold water from a bottle over his head.

His eyes were closed, and he seemed to be trying to forcibly calm himself down. The water plastered his hair to his forehead, running down his face and soaking his shirt. He looked incredibly messy, wet, and undeniably handsome.

Riddhima watched Vansh with intense focus. Then, Vansh walked away.

Riddhima finished all the formalities. Vansh returned soon after, having changed clothes. He looked much calmer now, composed, and less fatigued.

Riddhima stood up, announcing, “Excuse me for a moment.”

She returned shortly after with a big smile, carrying a tray with four bowls of kheer. She handed a bowl to everyone, including herself.

Vansh scowled at the sight of the sweet dish. Riddhima clapped her hands together. “This is from my side! After all, I’ve become a fifteen percent partner in the Rai Singhania textile !”

She looked directly at Vansh as she spoke. “Pranaath, you  must eat this kheer, because I know you are my greatest well-wisher.”

Vansh took a furious spoonful, but the sudden sweetness made him start coughing violently.

Pranav rushed to offer him water, but Vansh waved him off, his eyes still fixed on Riddhima, whose face now held a malicious little smile—she had achieved exactly the reaction she wanted.

Vansh picked up the bowl and, staring Riddhima directly in the eyes, ate the entire kheer. Not once did he break eye contact with her while eating it.

After the kheer, Madhav and Pranav spoke up. “Actually, we needed to discuss one more thing with you both. Your business partners have hosted a reception for your wedding.”

“Without asking us…” Vansh began.

They both quickly interjected, “Yes, they discussed it with Ashish Uncle and Grandfather.”

Vansh was beside himself. “Why don’t these people just marry each other?! When will these wedding dramas end?

Pranav quietly interjected, “But you both have to attend.”

Riddhima asked, “I know. Tell me, what’s the date?”

“Tomorrow,” Madhav replied.

Riddhima scoffed. “Very good! You told us so quickly.”

Riddhima stood up and addressed Madhav. “Let’s go.”

“Where?” Madhav asked, getting up.

Riddhima replied, ““To wherever your salary comes from.”

“Sorry,” Madhav muttered.

Madhav started walking with Riddhima. Vansh was getting up to head to his cabin, muttering, “This whole day is cursed.”

Riddhima reached the door when Pranav suddenly shouted, “Sir!”

Riddhima and Madhav turned back to see Pranav holding Vansh—Vansh was clutching his head, visibly dizzy and swaying. Pranav gently lowered him into a chair, gave him water, and called the doctor.

Riddhima also stopped and stayed there. The doctor arrived shortly. Pranav explained that Vansh had suddenly felt dizzy.

“His sugar level dropped sharply. He’s diabetic—he shouldn’t have eaten kheer.”

Hearing the word "diabetic,"  she froze Riddhima’s expression changed immediately. She had no idea Vansh was diabetic. She had deliberately added five spoonfuls of extra sugar to the kheer herself.

The doctor gave Vansh some medicines and left with Pranav and Madhav.

After the doctor left, Riddhima said innocently,

“I’m sorry. If I’d known, I would’ve added the whole sugar box. At least I’d be rid  of you.”

Vansh replied, “Well, now you have the idea. You can try.”

Later at night  Vansh was sitting in his cabin with his eyes closed, his head resting on the chair. He looked incredibly worn out, tormented by something.

"My beta you know Mom loves you. You are Mama's good boy... Mom, where are you? Mom, please, I'm scared, Mom..."

"Your mom is no more in this world."Mom...

“Sir! Sir!”

Vansh jolted awake drenched in sweat

He quickly drank some water.

Pranav asked, concerned, “Are you alright, Sir?”

“Yes, I’m fine,” Vansh said.

“Shall we go home, Sir? It’s midnight,” Pranav suggested.

Vansh reached home shortly and went to his room. Riddhima was lying comfortably on the bed, her legs stretched out, scrolling through her phone, enjoying herself. Unbothered by his presence

Vansh finished freshening up and lay down right next to her.

Vansh lying so close caused Riddhima to immediately sit up...

Riddhima sat up abruptly. “You can’t sleep here! This bed is mine!”

Vansh also sat up, matching her intensity.“And this room is mine!

But you are sleeping on the couch. We decided this!” Riddhima replied

Vansh huffed. “I only slept on the couch for two days because I mistakenly thought you had a shred of decency!”

Suddenly, Vansh grabbed her hand and pulled her so close to him .his voice dropping into a husky, romantic tone that sent a shiver down her spine. “And anyway, we are husband and wife now, aren’t we? And husbands and wives sleep together... close like this... on the same bed.”

Riddhima leaned in even closer, placing her hand on his shoulder, her voice becoming soft, shy, and equally seductive. “I was thinking the exact same thing! But I felt shy. Now that you’re ready, maybe I shouldn't be shy either! What does a one-year contract matter? We are still married!”

Her hand slid from his shoulder down to the buttons of his shirt. Slowly, deliberately, she began to unbutton it. “By the way, is this room soundproof?” she purred.

At Riddhima’s question, Vansh’s face drained of color! His eyes darted to his shirt, where Riddhima had already undone five buttons. Panic flashed in his eyes.

Vansh hastily pulled away from her, clutching his shirt shut as if guarding his last shred of honor. “You are utterly shameless, Pranpriye !”

Riddhima calmly gathered her bedding, walked over, and settled onto the couch. She blew a flying kiss towards Vansh. “Only for you, Pranaath !” And I am sleeping here just beacause i don't want you to be uncomfrotable because of  my hot beauty"

Vansh just silently climbed into the bed and lay down.

It was the dead of night, the second pahar  of the night, so dark and deserted and Vansh was sound asleep.

Riddhima placed her bedding onto the floor next to the bed—only to realize Vansh was sprawled out, taking up the entire bed. There was no space for her at all.

She glanced at the miserable couch, then at Vansh.

With a mischievous glint in her eyes, she lifted her foot and delivered a powerful kick to Vansh! He cried out, tumbling off the bed with a thud!

Riddhima instantly claimed the vacated space, pulling the blanket over her head.

Vansh scrambled up, rubbing his sore back. “You kicked me! How dare you?!”

Riddhima’s muffled voice came from under the blanket. “Oopps! Sorry! Did it hurt too much?”

Vansh stood there, his mouth hanging wide open in stunned disbelief, as Riddhima covered her head and pretended to sleep

Vansh went back and crashed on the couch.

Soon, morning knocked at the doors, and the sun rose high, its golden rays making the Singhania Mansion look even more magnificent. From early morning itself, everyone was busy with their own work, and by evening, the entire house was buzzing with reception preparations.

Vansh was heading toward his room when he noticed that Shaili’s door was slightly open. He paused… then walked inside.

Shaili was standing in front of the mirror, finalizing her outfit for the reception. Vansh quietly walked up behind her and stood there, holding his ears in apology.

The moment Shaili saw him in the mirror, she turned around, surprised.

“Bhai? Aap yahan?”

“I came to say sorry,” Vansh said softly. “I know I hurt you. I don’t know why I lost control of my anger. I shouldn’t have raised my voice like that. I’m really sorry, baby.”

Without another word, Shaili hugged him tightly.

“I know, bhai,” she said gently. “You can never hurt me intentionally. If you behaved that way, there must have been a reason. And I can never stay upset with you… because you’re my brother, my family.”

Vansh pulled back slowly and looked at her hand.

“Show me,” he said. “Did it hurt badly?”

There was a small mark where she had gotten hurt. Vansh quietly applied ointment there, his actions full of care.

Shaili smiled. “Now go, bhai. You should get ready too, warna hum late ho jayenge.”

Vansh returned to his room. Riddhima wasn’t there yet. He began getting ready for the reception, but as he dressed, only one thought kept looping in his mind—

At least let one function pass peacefully… just one.
